1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please Note: During peak summer seasons, high-volume promotional periods, or product launches, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience as our team works hard to get your sunshine packages delivered.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping methods tailored to your location:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly via our courier partners.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and duties levied by the destination country).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if it gets lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@yourstore.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include your order number and photographs of the damaged items for faster processing.
6. Incorrect Delivery Addresses
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed, as processing begins immediately. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
